Canadian Boneheads

On the Yorktown they had a copy of the Japanese declaration of surrender from the end of WW2 on display. Actually they had two. The original had list of signatories, one per country, and the Canadian guy (I forget the name but not the prime minister) had signed in the wrong spot, so everyone after him had to cross out the name of the country and write in the right one. How embarrassing for Canada!
