Benjamin

On Monday we went on a tour with the cleverly named “All-Tour-Native” tours. We were alone, which is atypical for this sort of thing. These tours (we’ve done them lots of places) are typically very expensive but lots of fun and cram a bunch of activities into a few hours.

This one started with a short bike ride around some apparently authentic Mayan crop fields, followed by ziplining. (We are old hands at ziplining).

We swam in that water below Sam later on.

Finally, we went snorkelling in a couple of cenotes. Cenote is basically a water-filled cave and it really is something; the water, while again rather chilly, is incredibly clear and calm.

Benjamin was the name of our guide; very personable and knowledgeable.
